I had a very bad flu Monday with a fever of over 102F. I had a very runny nose and a sore throat. The fever settled down by Tuesday and was gone by Wednesday. However, today is Sunday and i still have a slight sore throat and a little bit of a cold but no fever. Do you think i should be okay to go take a walk today or should i rest more?

Rest and allow your body to heal.
Hmm alright dude, here's what I think - I'd probably say just take it easy one more day and rest up. A fever like that is no joke, you must've felt pretty crappy. And it takes a while for your body to fully recover even after the worst symptoms pass.
Walking is one thing, but I wouldn't push it too hard with any more intense exercise yet. The last thing you want is for your sore throat to linger or the cold to drag on longer just because you overdid it too soon. Being sick sucks enough as it is.
My advice would be chill out at home one more day if you can. Drink lots of water, get plenty of rest, and eat some comfort foods. Then maybe start with a gentle walk tomorrow and see how you feel. Better to play it safe and let your body finish healing 100% before stressing it. You'll have time for workouts and activities once you feel totally better. Just take it easy bro!
I would make Sunday a day for resting.
