Middle East sun kind of hits different.
I died at the end
Sumo deadlifts, squats, single leg presses with my foot turned inwards, that was my leg session.
After that, I did some core stuff, like cable ab curls, as well as some one side hold, where you hold a heavy weight in one hand and try to stand straight.
When I'm at home, I sometimes do mid core work, if I haven't already done it in the gym, as well as some banded face-pulls and some serratus anterior work, as I've always had scapula winging.
I usually do a 5-day split. Upper-lower with focus on strength, rest, and then push-pull-legs with focus on hypertrophy. Today was my first leg day. Deadlifts, squats, leg press, leg extensions, hamstring curls, backward lunges and calf raises.
Yowza! 6 miles in the heat probably felt like 26 miles.
I definitely did not get enough exercise in yesterday. Just my usual walking. I need to make more time for exercise. Thank you for the inspiration!
2 mile walk like i do every morn and then tonight i do 10 mile bike ride, yup even in the snow flurries

As just getting up, getting ready for work, my exercise so far was walking down the stairs to throw clothes in dryer and coffee lifts=lifting the coffee cup to my mouth to drink😂
I jumped to several conclusions - - - - -
@Massageman ๐ what conclusions were those ๐ค
(It was a joke, Brain.)
I also do push-aways: push-away this food, push-away that food.

I just woke up, but yesterday I did an hour of jiu-jitsu.
I had some great morning sex and I also went for a 30 minute run this morning. What a beautiful day!
I play badminton and a dance session for my exercise.
Today just went for a run. Tomorrow will be leg day for me.
hows your leg days? tough?
@Still-alive yes, I used to like it but since I add more weight recently, it becomes more difficult lol and it takes a lot of discipline to stay consistent.
Just did half hour cardio, then hitting chest, shoulders and triceps.
I do not have a regular exercise program but I do always use the stairs at my office.
I wish I could say something but truthfully I am incredibly lazy in my everyday life.
But if you have any ideas of things I might enjoy that I can do on my own I am all ears. Running just ainโt for me
"I just woke up" that is literally the best time to workout because your cortisol is already high, working out early will regulate it, make you sleep better
