Lookin good!! Here is my last workout..
- 15 mins on the Stairmaster (I always feel like im going to simultaneously puke and pass out when I do this.)
- Quick lower - body warm up circuit, 15 squat jumps, 15 lunges each leg, 15 side to side lunges (I don't know what those are actually called but I feel like cat woman when I do them), 15 basic ol lunges, repeat the circut 3 times.
- 3 sets of 12 Bulgarian splits with 10lb dumbbell
- 4 sets of 12 RDL's superseted with 6 sinlge leg RDL
- Squat rack - 15 warm up squats with bar, 10 squats with 10 lb on, 10 squats with 15 lb on, 5 squats with 20 lb on
- Back extension with 25lb plate 3 sets of 12
- quick 5 min yoga flow to streach out lower bod
I walked outside. Looked up at the sky to make sure it was there. Walked back inside with disappointment.
LOL JK but seriously I work outdoors, and I've been putting it off a bit since it is a few degrees colder now.

Last night
20 minute run
20 lb Lateral raises 3 x 10
120 pound barbell curls, 3 x 10
Calf raises 275lbs, 3 x 10
Seated row 145lbs, 3 x 10
Abs (obliques, sit ups with 45 lb plate, flutter kicks, Russian twist, leg raises)
I did 45 minutes on the bike , did some ab work, did pulllups and dips, used the chest machines and did some squats with the straps. I am still rehabbing my new hip.

I don’t work out at least not traditional work out. But today my friend and I went for a few hikes today, one was short only 2km but the terrain was quite slippery from the rain. And the other was about 3km that one was hard, almost vertical inclines up, and down; I wouldn’t do it again.
I workout at home just to maintain nowadays.
my not so nice physical job helps a lot too.

Yeah, you are but if you're healthy then you shouldn't have any issue running or doing anything else physical like kickboxing, swimming, lifting weights, etc.
You may need to just be more mindful over things so you don't injure yourself.
There's tons of dudes running marathons at around your age and older.

Aside from my regular workouts, I jogged 28 miles last weekend.
This week, I added more laps during my medley swim in our pool.
