2.3 miles walk
Removing 3 large 50+ year lilac bushes. By hand. I don't know 75-150lbs each.
Planted a bunch of flowers/bushes
And finished digging the 6 x 4 x 2 foot fish pond in the backyard
Years ago, before busting my leg, I used to do 3-4 hours for workouts at the gym nonstop except water/washroom. Running, weights, etc. Ex military & call it good genes but my father is stupidly strong & I inherited a lot from him gene-wise (strength, intelligence, etc.)
*by removing the lilacs I meant I dug them up & dragged them behind the garage for our neighbor to take to the dump on the weekend.
And yes I was born as a woman; not a male thinking they're female.
i'm currently on vacation with my mom, so no working out for me but i went on a short run this morning and we're maybe going on a walk at the beach/through the dunes this afternoon. my mom isn't as fit anymore though so i doubt it'll be anything near a workout for me lol

How are you able to do 15 dips but only 6 pull-ups and I’m doing my standard circuit
30 minutes jump rope 10x3
250 push-ups
Dips 10x4
and then off to the cables to blast my triceps
I just wanted to do 6 pull-ups.
Could I do more? Yeah
I’m also able to do a lot more dips
Some workouts are the way they are for a reason.
I understand it’s just me ya know people gotta do what works for them when I do bodyweight exercises It’s always high rep

Leaning. Listening to my neighbor run his motorcycle rather then properly take it around the block. I’ve offered to do it for him in the past, but no. 😎 Weekend riders. *sigh* I need to spring clean. Started last night.

@dustybiker they sure do! but I still have quite a bit to do, I don’t have the time because of school and work😭 but I finish my exams next week and summer break starts so then I’ll be having quite a few things to work on at home and I am excited for it hahahaha

Well, today I went out and did three laps, 6 stairs on the school bleachers, 12 squats, 25 rolling pins and 12 pushups. :3 so I'm staying in shape
typing on a keyboard and then switching to writing with a pen on a notebook and then going back to typing on a keyboard for like 4h straight💀
I walked to the beach and back so not much of a walk but I'm allowed to be lazy on vacation
