i do weird workouts a lot, like i don't take the elevator ever. not in my apartment building (4th floor) or in the school i teach at (more stairs). i like sprinting up the steps if im feeling energetic. i go to the gym like for dance classes and i also do HIIT sprints there, i don't have a routine for machines i just look around and do whatever looks fun. then i also try to go swimming once a week.

I usually work out as in going for a run on the treadmill in my home gym every day and then I do body weight exercises every second day.
I never see people do exercises wrong because I rarely ever visit public gyms, unless I'm not home for a longer period of time and even when I'm at one I tend to not really care about the people around me so I couldn't tell :P
Usually 5 days a week, better weeks 6. There's ALWAYS someone doing something wrong, somewhere. And usually a guy slamming weights
I work out between 5-6 days a week. Almost everyday I see someone doing something wrong. Only 2 times have I told them. When I see a guy doing something in your video I wonder is he trying to work his lower back (like good mornings) or is he just not observant enough to realize it.
Maybe he was just screwing around on purpose. He was wearing jeans and a sweatshirt not exactly exercise clothing. I go daily sometimes take a day off. You don't have to have them at least shoulder width apart. People could be trying to focus on biceps and not want to do curls.

I work out between 5-6 days a week, I see a lot of people doing exercises wrong however I didn't know up until I took pilates how I could correct most of my form and how to feel the muscles properly, it changed my life haha.
I go every other day. & I see maybe 3 people a day doing smash smash while working out. I never wanna say anything because I don't wanna be "that person."
That's hilarious. But fuck those machines anyway. How did man exist without all that technological crap eh? :D
In my class, a lot of guys don't have perfect form. I don't use those machines though.I workout daily but never at the same times due to work.
Tbh, I'm too busy focused on myself to notice or care about others.I workout 6 days a week and all the time lol it's pretty common that people don't know what they're doing cause they don't use a trainer.
