How many days a week do you workout, and how many people do you see doing exercises wrong on a weekly basis?

I went to the gym 3 times last week. Was doing some lat pulldowns. while doing only 3 sets of them I saw 5 people doing them wrong on the lat pulldown machine besides me. people stop using all arms please and spread your hands at least shoulder width.
