How often do you exercise in a week? How long do you exercise?
This usually lasts 2 to 3 hours.
I go through phases. I worked out stupid hard when I was younger and wrestled and also ran 10k’s a few times a week. I’ve also been diagnosed anorexic before where I do zero exercise for weeks on end, but I also barely eat. Right now I’m in a fat boy phase where I eat donuts every morning and then walk in the park and start drinking at noon and look for deer. I know that no amount of exercise or dieting will ever be enough. I’ll never look how I’d like, and it’s never made a difference in the past. Sure I’ve had girlfriends or fwbs, but I never felt especially attractive or valued to them. I always felt like just another guy. Why can’t I ever hear, “I love how your arms look,” or “your abs are looking nice” or “cute butt”. Instead it’s, “Did you get a haircut recently?”
Thanks. 👍 That really makes all the calorie counting and stair stepper sessions worth it, not to mention training like a goddamn madman in the gym with kettlebells and free weights.
So now I just stopped caring. Working out won’t make a bit of difference in my life. It never did in the past.
Usually 4-5x per week for about 1-1.25 hours. Normally broken into push/pull/leg alternating days with stretches/cooldown and light LSS or HIT cardio (Less than 15 min). I found this works best for me since it normally allows enough time to recover each muscle group before the next and minimizes overtraining. (IE: Too sore excuse to go the gym)
I used to do some of the 1.5-2 hour sessions (either volumetric training or more variety) and longer rests between sets, but it just got to be too much of a time sink and was hard to keep focused for that long.
I lift weights at the gym 5 days a week and ‘ rest’ two days
Each gym sesh is about 1.5 hours of intense training then I’ll do 30mins- 1.5 hours cardio depending on what stage of competition prep I’m at on rest days I’ll just do cardio. Oh and I’ll also walk 1-2 hours daily but that’s more for pleasure
So um basically I spend most my life at the gym lol and if not then I’m still excersising
Do you play any sports? or do any martial arts? or just work out to look good?
I bodybuild competitively
Awesome!
Just finished my workout for the day actually! Feeling pumped and ready to conquer the world!
I exercise 5-6 days a week, averaging 30-60 minutes a session. I do a little bit of everything: from cardio to weight training. Today I did fitness bootcamp, which was interval training :)

I get to train everyday these days for 3 hours (except weekends), I do soccer training which is very active and sometimes the sun heat of California can make the training overwhelming and suffocating but the feeling of building resistance and improving my skills is incomparable.
Are you a professional soccer player?
I workout daily for 10-15 minutes tops during weekdays. I do 30 minutes to 45 minutes hiit walk/jog/run on weekend mornings.
Was doing taekwondo two hours, three times a week (average), and two hour motorcycle ride up canyon roads on other evenings. Plus all regular housework, running errands and work exercise. I tend to be very fast-paced.
I do taekwondo 6 days a week for 2 hours, and I walk my dog for a hour every day.
I do muscle work outs every day and I don’t do it very long
I try to do 4 good 2 hour workouts. I do cardio and then work 3 or 4 body parts. I try to mix it up with some compound exercises. Them I do abs and stretch
Not too much, my job keeps me in shape and I do about 10,000 steps a day normally
I bike roughly 5 miles every weekday because it's how I travel to and from work. plus whatever walking around I do at work.
1 hr, 5 days/wk.
(wish i had 2-3 hrs at a time to devote to fitness)
I don't exercise enough maybe 2 times a week if lucky
I'm a cardio whore.. I ran a full marathon 7 days ago and ran a half marathon on Sunday. So I run a couple times a week just for a fun 🤣 .
About 6 hours a week. There are approximately 10 minutes of warm ups and 30 minutes with cardio. And do I feel good and my aches and pains that I have with me are at ease.
My exercise is very often and it's called physical work.
I’ve started some pretty intense cardio routine it only takes about 30 minutes a day
i exercise 30 minutes daily.
Usually workout in the gym 3 days out the week for about 2-3 hours
3 times, 1 hour to 1 hour and half
I don’t really exercise much cause of depression
Daily 30 min to an hour
6x1 hour workouts a week here.
