Thank you in advance
What are some ways I can lose some extra fat and tone up?
Thank you in advance
That picture doesn't tell me anything.
And the best way to get tone and lose extra fat is to get in at least 1 hour of cardio every day and have a spotless diet (with the exception of 3 cheat meals per week so you don't go crazy and binge).
Push-ups and sit-ups are good, but they won't necessarily get you toned in the right places (for a girl). Squat thrusts, burpees, and mountain climbers will get you toned and curvy for sure. Do 10 reps each consecutively without stopping, and do 4-5 sets. Rest about 30 seconds in between each set.
For losing fat, I'd recommend the APK Warm up:
3 sets of:
400m sprint
10 - 15 squats
10-15 push ups
10 - 15 pull ups
1 minute of sampson stretches (google it)
For toning the arms, (as well as the whole body!) I suggest the Planche progression. (Google it) Typically the planche progression is good for toning because it uses your own body weight.
Do the workout for as long as you can: months, years, or until you get bored of it. Lots of people get bored of a certain workout, so it's OK to switch it up as long as you do the same / more amount of exercise in the new workout.
As for diet, decrease the overall mass of food you eat per meal / per day. Then once you feel that you are up to it, cut out as much (preferably all) high fructose corn syrup. Get your sugar from natural juices, fruits, and smoothies (which you make yourself).
I saw a difference in about 2 or 3 months, but be warned: You should never start a workout while looking at a target date to see a difference. It's the other way around, you should start a workout with the intention of staying with it and improving yourself for the rest of your days.
Don't get too involved in diet plans / calorie counting. Counting calories is secondary to exercising. It is much more beneficial to lose weight by exercise, rather than dieting. Generally, you could eat like normal as long as you workout and EXPEND more energy than you're CONSUMING.
It's fine if you still eat some sugary snacks every now and then, just make sure you stay consistent in your workout routine.

for muscles, do pushups squats and pullups. 3 or 4 sets. 10-15 reps
jog for 20-30 minutes everyday. or use the elliptical. the key is to get your heart rate up (not too much though)
as for diet, just stay away from junk food (you know what it is). eat foods that don't have a whole lot of fat. baked potatoes are great for carbs (no sodium, no cholestoral, no fat!)
stretch regularly, drink water, and get enough sleep every day..
just keep it simple and you'll be good. this will cover pretty much everything
here something that worked for me. depending on where you live and what your exercise area looks like. these are some tips for exercising around the house.
to get the blood flowing start with a 10 min jog/walk
10 push ups
10 sit ups use a couch to help hold your feet down.
10 stair steps.
10 bicep curls with a kitchen chair.
repeat 3 times.
then to finish with another 15 min jog/walk.
drink plenty of water. water is your best friend. the less sugar you eat/drink the better. you will lose pounds
Swap out potato chips for cucumber which you can season with spice yourself, and swap out milk for slim milk and soda for diet soda such as sprite to sprite zero seeing as the calories drop a great deal.
So you can loose weight while gaining a brain tumor. Google 'Aspartame', in all 'sugar free' products.
HIIT once every 3 days.
Cut THAT food you like, everyone has something, for me its chocolate and doughnuts
jog as far as you can, and as many sit ups and push ups you can do. For toneing you can use free weights and use low weight with many reps. Or use resistant bands. Tricep dips if you have no weight to tone your arms
Jumping rope and cycling works wonders in terms of weight-loss and toning .
I heard that drinking Apple cider vinegar is good for loosing weight, you should look it up :)
lol pretty hair :)
um I don't know just start calorie counting and find a work out program that you like :)
Run: 3-5x a week
Sit ups: everyday
Push ups: everyday
Pushups usually tone arms
Exercise about 5 x a week
