It's mostly dieting, but exercise is also important. Try cutting out carbs and junk foods and just watch your calorie intake. Try to get a rough estimate of how many calories you eat now and use that as a guide in figuring out how many calories you should eat to lose weight. And do lots of cardio. If you aren't really used to running, don't run too much, you'll probably injure yourself. Do things like cycling or swimming instead and maybe only run like twice a week.

The only answer i found is to keep your mouth shut, no binge eating, no snacks , no cake. Really just eating few but health meals. Working out can help for getting the ripped look only
Not sure why you want to. The one on the left has a far nicer body, the one on the right looks like a man.
Dehydrate it's not healthy but that's what a lot if not all body builder's do to get ripped
