there's no magic trick to burning fat. as you said: caloric deficite and workout. that'S the key.
here's 2 important things to know:
1: reduce carbs and sugar. eating carbs and sugar severely inhibits your bodies ability to burn fat. as long as there's carb (which breaks down into sugar) and sugar are in your body to burn, your body will not touch your fat reserve. and when the sugar is gone, it takes a significant time for your body to basically transition from sugar to fat metabolism (the latter is called ketogenesis). so that's why ketogenic diet is a thing, though i don't suggest the extreme measures of keto diet. the research for it's effectiveness actually comes from rat studies. rats need significantly less sugar than humans to reach a ketogenic state.
quick and easy tip: don't eat anything that has above 20g karbs per 100g of mass. avoid sugar at all cost.
2: never reduce your caloric intake below 1400 calories. this is a rule of thumb. generally speaking, your body can change the effectiveness of the metabolism. so if you eat way too few calories, your body thinks you're starving and increases it's metabolic effectiveness. meaning it will gather more energy from fewer calories. it normally avoids that cause that will lead to an increase in absorbtion of harmfull stuff but if your body thinks that you're starving, it will do that as an emergency measure, so don't feed your body too little.

Don’t go too low on your calories, just a very small calorie deficit and then just decrease your carb intake and increase your protein intake and also, consume healthy fats (Unsaturated or medium chain)
And obviously, exercise, don’t do the conventional cardio but rather do HIIT workouts and resistance training.
This is what I’ve been doing and I’ve gained a significant amount of muscle and pretty much have six pack abs now.
Although you won’t need too much protein either because you don’t need to gain much muscle as per my guesses
girl, im telling you. START LIFTING WEIGHTS!!! its going to change your life and your view on fitness trust me i used to have the same mindset thta lifting weights is bad but you loose weight while simultaneously getting the toned shape and body everybody wants. you also have the potential to grow your glutes which is always a plus. its not too hard to get started just watch some videos...

First off you look fine. I wouldn't call you fat by any stretch of the word.
Second if you want to burn body fat, being in a calorie deficit is the ONLY way you're going to do that.
It doesn't work as fast when you're skinny simply because you're skinny.
Of course you're going to burn fat slower now that you're 30 lbs lighter.
That's 30 fewer pounds that you were carrying around all day every day like a backpack.
Just watch your diet and make sure you're getting all the nutrients you need while staying in a calorie deficit, and be patient you'll get there eventually.
P. S. I know you said not to recommend resistance training. But if you're goal is to have more muscle definition or visible abs, even just doing some bodyweight stuff like push ups, chin ups squats and crunches will help a lot.I mean... you look fine, and I'm usually pretty harsh to people. If you want an athletic body then you have to be athletic. You don't have to lift weights, but perhaps perform bodyweight exercises... pushups, crunches, etc. look up some more.
If you want fat loss then that's primarily achieved through diet and cardio. What is skinny fat?
You are either skinny or you aren't. You're not skinny. You're pretty thin, but you aren't skinny.
To answer your question though, do not skip weights. If you have no weights, use your body weight and look into calisthenics. The more excuses and short cuts you take, the harder it will be. Watch you diet, and do some Cardio. You don't necessarily need a calorie deficit to burn fat, just the right foods. To be honest I don't think your fat and you can go running or you can do planks and move your right and left legy towards your stomach and switch off it works your abs or just do planks for a minute then keep increasing minutes that will burn fat quickly even though you have a great body body but no matter the outcome please be happy in yourself at all times
First off you aren’t really skinny fat you actually aren’t fat at all, but if you really want to lose weight I would suggest just HIgh Interval Training and drink plenty of water, that’s about all I got I’m not really a health expert I just work out and eat healthy and it pretty much works out for me
Running and core would greatly help your over all physique and core is a huge thing to sort while young.
To be honest, you look like you need refining - not weight loss.
Eat more protein and cut the sugar, work on your form, rather than cardio. You are not skinny and you are not fat. You look fine just as you are.
I wouldn't say you're fat. Your weight should be on a level, that makes you self-confident with your body. If you feel so, there's no need to lose weight.
Why do you need to lose weight if your already a healthy weight?
There isn't anything left to burn off besides the fat in your boobs, and who would wanna burn that off?
Maybe just cardio and reduce carbs? You look fantastic as it is.
You're not a skinny fat person! You are plain skinny no fat at all. You look really sexy too 😍
At this point you should just do some workouts to get toned. Squats and crunches and such.
Who says that you are fat?
You are still young and your body will probably still change as you get older.
Keep up the cardio and don’t worry!Drink lemon water on an empty stomach in the morning, walk and jog during the day, wrap a stretch film on your stomach, it will burn fat, drink plenty of water
Fat? Where? In your mind? If you want a flatter stomach, then do situps and crunches.
you don't really need to do anything, i mean, you're not like, in trouble health wise. but, if you want to LOOK different.. tone up. Start lifting
You dont look fat. Look for a core workout im assuming thats were you are worried about?
