Does standing and walking for 3-9 hours straight every day 5-6 times count as exercise? If so than I do it for my day job.
I should exercise more, considering I'm a powerlifter. Right now I average 3 times a week, which is pitiful weightlifting wise. Should be doing at least 4, preferably 6 times a week.
My workouts aren't that long. Usually an hour, tops. I live by a "do it right, do it light" philosophy. If lifting the right way with the right weight, doing extra sets of extra exercises doesn't help much. So my average workout has around 15-20 "sets" of everything in total. Deadlift days are special since it's only around 5 sets including a warmup, and I do my own core cardio on those days. I should probably sprint more, but right now I get enough leg action from being a food runner/busser at two different restaurants.
I get a lot of exercise, but not for the sake of exercising
I have too much energy, so I need to let steam out often
that and I practice both martial arts and parkour.
I can't give you an exact time, I usually just go right
ahead and start when I'm done at work, so the time
varies depending on what I feel like.
I have been an exercise nut for a long time now. I have joined gyms, did some running, and mostly Now an avid walker, where I could walk from New York to Hosh Kosh and back. Even when I go on vacation, I make sure there is a gym in my hotel.
Very invigorating, very healthy, and keeps my weight down. xx
I don't really exercise, I just practice my gymnastics routines. When I was working part time I would fit in 5-6 hours each day for 3 days but at the moment I'm training full time so my schedule is 6 hours a day, 6 days a week. I give myself one day off :)

i do gym 5 days a week for about 1H 40M and i do HIIT in the mornings for about 30M. i workout basically 6 days a week. gotta keep my temple strong and fit!
I exercise 5-6 times a week for about 30min to an hour depending what it is. I also do my abs before bed because I get too lazy after my workout at the gym haha What are you working on by the way?
Yeah it can be boring when you're out of school, especially when you're friends are out of town.
Every day, twice a day for 5 hours total of intensive exercise a day.
I ride bike on weekends, but i walk to school everyday for 30 mins if it counts :)

I have swimming 3 times a week. I swim for an hour/ 1 km each time and once a week I have soccer but it's on the same day as one of my swimming practice so I guess it doesn't count?

I would say "I don't have time for it" but really, I could squeeze it in if it was important to me... I just don't enjoy it all
4-5 times a week.. I usually hit the gym for an hour then play soccer and/or swim for another hour. But I highly doubt that the poll is indicative of the entire population. skewness at its best.
On a good week I'll hit the gym 4 times for 1 hour each time.
