Get into cycling if you can. For the longest time when I was trying to lose weight, I was always trying to go running but I really didn't enjoy it. I felt like it was way to hard and then even when I built up my cardio, I still didn't enjoy it. I ended up finding an old bike at a yard sale and I've actually found something that I really enjoy and that I don't mind doing almost every day and it's really been helping me lose weight. Mind you, it's really about finding something you enjoy and sticking with it, but cycling is also a lot easier to get into, it's better for your joints, and it's more enjoyable because I love riding and exploring my city.

Anything that involves high intensity cardio. mixed with some core strengths, I would say 30-an hour 3-5 times a week! The more determined you are the faster the results.
Fitness blender (A Youtube channel) have amazing home workouts you can do and have a lot of them so
Pick 1 and go
With it :)
They range from '1000 calorie workouts' certain muscle group exercises etc but all show how many calories they burn during it..
Give it a quick look.. It'll be worth you while
Honestly, find an activity you enjoy and will stick with, you'll be more successful that way.
If you really want to get lean, start lifting, it is WAY more effective than cardio.
Also, be patient, and remember that more isn't necessarily going to make it happen faster.
