aww girl I know how you feel:/ I would have "fat days" too. A lot actually.. My mom wouldn't let me stay home from school but I would go to my first class and then ditch the rest of the day, all because I felt ugly that day... I would go to the library or walk around town instead of being in class with friends and getting the most out of my high school years. I shouldn't be giving advice, because I'm still the same weight and I refuse to except being this size but I will say that what has helped me lose weight in the past is becoming educated about food. Start learning about nutrition, protein, fats, carbs. Learn about food and cooking. There is a reason you crave sweets and fast food.. because your body is deprived of nutrition. When you start eating extremely healthy you won't even want to eat junk food. You don't have to join a gym and sweat a bunch.. instead adopt an exercise routine and do it every day. Take a walk, do the bike for 15 min, stretch, dance, do chores with extra energy and pep. Keep in good spirits, take the stairs rather than the elevator (use that as a metaphor for life!). I think the most important thing about weight loss is staying consistent and never giving up, no matter how you are feeling, just do it:)

I have had this same problem, for 2 months now I have been eating very healthily and exercising regularly. I always found it hard to get motivated but every time I looked in the mirror or tried to buy clothes it would make me so down, luckily I work at a gym so I get to use it but if your not able to go to the gym, do some exersises at home or go out for runs. Also cut out on snacking, if you think your hunrgy have some fruit or a few spoons of yoghurt. Most the time when you think your hungry your actually dehydrated. Drink lots of water, this will make you feel better and will also make your skin and hair healthier.
Ive found doing this really helps. I've gone from a size 20 to a size 16. I'm losing weight in a good healthy way and I intend on keeping with this new routine.
Hope this helps

Just so you know, there is no easy way to loose weight. The fact you're unhappy should be all the motivation you need.
A cycling bike is a good start but to see effects you will need to spend upwards of 45 minutes on it a day and properly push yourself to your limit. A good thing to do is to get up early and before you eat anything go on the bike and have a workout, the metabolism is much higher when you've just woken up. Running/jogging is also excellent
What you'll need;
- running shoes
- clothes
- a good diet

Now, the diet. CUT OUT ALL SATURATED FATS POSSIBLE, lessen the portion sizes you're having and have around 6 small meals per day instead of the standard 3. It helps. A good food I would recommend is pasta, pasta (this gives you carbohydrates which are necessary!) and more pasta with some added chicken or salmon for that extra protein. Also, this is optional but it will help your joints a lot, get some omega 3 and just have a spoonful when you wake up and before you go to sleep.
Cardiovascular is a bitch but, it's a necessary bitch. Keep it up for a few months combined with a healthy diet and you should see results.
I understand exactly how you feel. The biggest thing is most likely the kinds of foods you are eating. Fruits and veggies MUST be a big part of your diet. If you are not getting the nutrition you need your body will start craving more food in order to attempt to get that nutrition. Also you need to eat six small meals a day to get your body's metabolism burning properly. Otherwise your body will react as if it is starving and will store every calorie as fat instead of being used as energy. Also eating before bed will cause the food you just ate to be stored as fat, instead of burned as energy.
Any time you feel depressed, try working out. It will release endorphins that make you happy. Also working out will help curb your appetite.

1. You have to fuel your body for it to burn calories efficiently. Skipping meals will make your metabolism sluggish.
2. Don't diet. Change your whole approach when it comes to food. Eat a balanced diet of whole foods and whole grains. Avoid processed foods and white pastas and bread. Most people have good results cutting calories. You have to be careful not to cut them to much, because you risk sending your body into starvation mode. www.myfitness pal is a really good website that can help you set up a calorie goal for your body.
3. Exercise, Exercise, Exercise. If you are not used to exercising on a regular bases, start out slow. Walking or jogging will ease you in to it. Any type of movement is beneficial.
4. Motivation is a very personal thing. You have to find what works for you. For me it was hanging a picture of myself in various parts of the house to remind me why I am working so hard.
5. Be patient. Healthy weight loss does take time, but the chances the weight you lose staying off will be greater.
6. Don't have a pitty party. You can change this, you just have to do it.
7. Drink plenty of water.
Good Luck!I realize you posted this about a year ago so I don't know if you still need help or not. But you need to eat. In the morning eat lean cereal and skim milk with fruit. Then have fruit as a snack in between breakfast and lunch, at lunch have a salad with light dressing and no croutons or fried meats on top, and then at night either have another salad or have a plate with veggies. You do need to find some way to eat protein so maybe you could eat things like fish or egg whites or tofu? I don't know how strict you are on not eating meat.
As for exercise just start out simple, go for a walk when you get home from school and make it a pretty well paced walk. Then come home and do some squats and crunches and stuff. Also you could try to get a friend or your mom to work out with you. It's always easier when you have support.
And keep positive :) I'm sure that you are beautiful!Ok well first of all start eating! N then ummm try joining sports team you might not b able to play at first bt as you lose weight you'll look better and they will let you play I recommend cheer :) because they will probly let you cheer right away lol all-start is a good place to cheer at :) and yes you do lose weight cheering lol believe it or nt I am 5lbs less during cheer season lol I'd probly lose more weight bt I don't have any lol
