I really love to sleep! How else can I improve my sleeping quality?

Unit1
I would highly appreciate online consultation with specialists in health, pharmacy and such areas of expertises. If such are present, try to make an effort for an well earned MHO.

First thing, let's diagnose my current sleeping status:
I sleep about 7 to 9 hours, 8 on average on workdays, additional 1-2 hours on weekends. I sleep OK-ish, use ear protecting plugs to suppress noise, sleep on a soft bed, use my good old (since 10 years or longer) comfortable head pillow, very soft bed sheet. Not even a week ago I got myself a lovely bodypillow and it's the softest thing in my bed and I will never go back again without it.

I often drink herbal tea and relax with my favourite music for 1 hour prior to bed, then I rub myself with body lotion mixed with lavender oil. Sometimes I take valerian extract (1 x 20mg) but keep it controlled so I do not build up tolerance to it.

I do not do: Drink any alcohol, smoke, drink coffee (except if I am so down at work but that's extremely rarely), exercise, drugs, overreact/overthink, pay attention to conflicts. Rarely I may have a power nap for as long as 20 minutes on my workplace or rest in my bed for 10-20 minutes without falling asleep.

I am a very calm person by nature and find it even hard to freak out if something bad happens.

When I wake up in the morning, I feel like sleeping some more (especially if I look at my pretty bodypillow, which I keep hugging and hugging) but that's normal in all of us I guess - I'm just waking up.
During the day I am powered on and aware like usual but I have the wish to sleep. I'm awake and attentional, not exactly brightly awake but also not drowsy either. You get me?

When I go to bed, my mind is clear.

Like I said: I really, REALLY love to sleep! Can't deny that. Only thing is, that I either forget my dreams or my dreams are absolutely retarded, that I prefer to forget them than to remember freak shows.
Is there something else I can do to get me the finest sort of my sleeping time?
