Right into 6 mile run
Second workout: the above in first but add kettlbell swings, Dead hang holds, overhead presses, burpees, and all while wearing 30 LB ruck
Earlier today...
1st: I had a very early morning 5-mile run before sunrise.
2nd: I don't actually consider walking my dogs a serious workout but it's a 3-mile exercise after breakfast, nonetheless.
3rd: Hit more or less 200 golf balls in the driving range after walking the dogs.
4th: Did three 1-minute planks in between four sets of 12 push up reps.
5th: Toned my biceps & triceps with light dumbbells.
6th: Lapped my 15-meter swimming pool 20 times for 300 breaststroke meters, 20 times for 300 backstroke meters, 20 times for 300 butterfly meters & 20 times for 300 freestyle meters.

I woke up later this morning. My first exercise started after breakfast. I took the dogs out for their usual 3 mile walk. After that, I warmed up in the driving range where a hit only 50 golf balls. Spent the next 4+ hours playing 18 holes of regulation golf. Then, I hit at least 100 golf balls in the range to figure out why I was having a mediocre game earlier. Now, I'm just relaxing in the pool after doing a few medley laps.

I have no desire to exercise any more. There will always be someone bigger, stronger, faster, more athletic, and better looking. And after killing my self in the gym for years and dieting and counting macronutrients and competing in sports and yes even getting gold medals it did absolutely nothing for my romantic or sex life. Absolutely nothing.
I mean I’m not a fat ass and I haven’t been ill in many years. I sometimes think about doing some hill sprints or moving the old kettlebell around, but what’s the point? I don’t compete anymore and it isn’t like I’m going to get hit on now when I go to the gym versus when I was ten or twenty years younger going to the gym.
@Rosexøxø There is nothing to apologize for. I just think that guys are fooling themselves if they believe that their dating lives will be better because of how much they work out. It won’t. The two have nothing to do with each other. I know it looks like the guy on the cover of the magazine got that hottie in the bikini because of his biceps, but uh, that’s just advertising homie LOL.
My trainer had me do what he calls "devil's dips". Ten reps of a push-up elevated on dumbbells, then a burpee including swinging the dumbbells up over my head. After that, ten squats with the dumbbells on my shoulders. Then burn a few calories on a bike.

Actually I went for a run, I'm a traceur (parkour/free runner), and worked on my vaulting and some rolls a bit today.

My workout consisted of going up and down a flight of stairs about 25 times during the work day.
I woke up at 4.45pm. I made a coffee. I finally had some energy at around 9pm to clean 😂

Nice.. But I did too much to try and type.. Basically it was leg, back, and triceps day.. I would've went 30+ minutes on the treadmill, but I didn't wanna sweat too bad today..
I have been sick and have missed a few workouts. i expect to be back at it soon.
