Should I workout tomorrow when I'm really sore?

I started on Monday and went so hard that I ended up throwing up. I went lighter today but found myself really sore that I couldn't do some of the workouts. I workout at home using YouTube videos. I was very sedentary before (work from home) and now I'm trying to get some movement in but I don't want to over do it.

I would have gone out and walked tomorrow but it's raining tomorrow.

So should I just give myself a break tomorrow and return to it on Thursday? Or push through it and workout tomorrow as well?
