Usually when I workout, I feel the muscle sore the next day and I feel good. But some times I don't feel sore at all and it makes me feel like it didn't work hard enough for my workout. How should it be?
It depends on what you're going for. If you're just looking to stay a healthy weight or lose weight, you can do an easy workout as long as you're using the same or more calories than what you're eating. If you're looking to build muscle being sore is more important, because you need to create microtears in your muscles so when they heal they also grow.

I used to bike with my dad for a few hours each weekend and I did not feel any exhaustion but my figure and body shape changed from the exercise so low intensity exercise can build and tone your body and burn fat, even if you do not feel anything from it. My bike was stolen one day and we changed cities so I never biked again.
