*I'm 5'7" and I'm overweight, 160 lbs and I hate my body, I hate my big belly at most.
*I don't eat red meat, actually I only eat fish , not even sea foods.
*I'm not really into exercising but I do like to walk , I like fast walking.
Can you give me some advices on what to eat and how to stay motivated and any secrets on how to lose belly fat? what worked for you (if there's anyone who went from fat to fit? )
I'd really appreciate your help, I really need it.
(can stress and depression lead to obesity? because I'm under a lot of stress and I can't get rid of it because my life sux really really bad and I can't change it because I live in a country where dreams can only stay dreams and there's no way to leave this country and migrate to another, can all that affect my weight-loss journey? )
