I have been looking at the Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer (not a trainer!) and love the idea, but is it true?
Is it possible to increase the amount an area sweats and therefore increase weight loss targeted to that area?
I am 5'6 and 145lbs. The weight I should be at to be comfortable is at 128lbs. That's where I'm happiest and confident. I know it's not about the number, but I have gained weight and it's all gathered at my stomach. I am tired of the muffin top and gross rolls.
Unfortunately i can't do much cardio right now due to a knee injury that I'm soon getting an MRI on. Doctors orders, but when I get cleared, I want to jump back into working out and possibly give this sweet sweat band a try.
Anyone know anything on that?
