I started hula hooping. They say pornstars do so, lol. And also jumping rope. are these exercises effective for real?

I think that based on previous posts your waist is plenty defined and slim already so I wouldn’t worry about losing body fat. Jump roping can definitely be good cardio. You should aim for 150 minutes of moderate cardio a week. I’m definitely still working on this myself.

All exercise is effective and better than nothing, but trying to burn fat in just one spot is a myth, you'd have to slim everything, no such thing as controlling what fat burns first.
If you haven't invest in a weighted hula hoop, I work at a thrift store and one of the girls said someone donated one and we tried it, after just doing 3, I felt it.
