Hi guys!
In the past months I started working out with a workout schedule. I feel great, better than ever, even soft abs are coming. Also I don´t feel the need to overparty and use my time better. The thing is, in the last week I´ve been kind of SUPER obsessive with counting calories. I´m not gonna stop eating, but it´s just, when I eat, I think "Oh, there go 200! And there 300 more!". Can somebody help me to STOP doing this? I´m starting to get the feeling that I am no longer able to take a mental break of this fitness thing :(
