All vegetables, eat them by the bucket load. Also rice without butter fills you up really well (try seasoning with herbs and spices). drink a SHIT TON of water, and only eating poultry or fish and once a day at that.
No red meat, no pork, no breads, no pastas, and avoid dairy like the plague.

Apples most definitely, they aid in weight loss and I've actually lost weight from eating them (moderately)
