My dad won't stop buying me Mcdonalds what should I do?

Hello i am a big 6'3 boy and i really want to look like my idol Johhny Sins but i slave away at school and at Glo all day so i have no money to purchase my own food so i get home and Dad says "god you're fussy" boy and he gives me the mcdonalds bag i am 75kg and am on the risk of obeastity i want to be like Jard on the subway ads where he loses the fat, when i ask my friends about this issue they tell me im "not their dawters" and that i should "catch the gap" so i have to sit by francis and eat my clubhouse angus alone what should i do guys please help me im losing my life.
(please dont say join gym because my uncle and grandad say it dont help you lose weight and i can't go to the gym because i only own warehouse clothes not tapout gears"

I really feel for you man, it can be difficult when another family member just doesn't get it. Something important to remember is that eating iron (lean meat, eggs, green veg etc) will help you stay fuller longer. Anyway, maybe if he's going to keep getting the McDonalds you could request a certain wrap, burger or salad that's one of the better ones.

Alternatively (and this is what made the difference for me) you could find some recipes you like and say if he can get the ingredients you'll make tea as it could be a nice change of pace. It could also be a great way to learn about cooking for yourself and your dad will probably appreciate not having to organize the meal. Even if it's just a few days a week.

If you need some positive motivation you could watch some of Markipliers vlogs (YouTube) he talks at different times how he was considered a 'loser' in every way back in high school and shares some of the things he did/does that made a difference for him. I hope this helps and things get better soon.

Tell him you want to start eating healthy, so no junk food anymore. New Zealand is rich in vegetables and fresh fruit, so you have all options available to prepare healthy meals. If your dad looks like you are coming from Mars if you say that, than take initiative and cook yourself.

If you only eat like a medium hamburger and fries with diet coke a day and that's it... you won't get fat.
Eat less calories.
Go on a 1500 calorie diet to lose 1-2 lbs per week.
Get some willpower and say no.
Try eating tasty salads or home made meals.
