What do I do if my dad will not let me fast?

I wanted to lose weight by eating only artificial crab meat which I bought this morning but my dad will not let me do low calorie fasting and is forcing me to eat curry beef and potatoes for dinner today.

As for tonight’s dinner it sounds delicious & as for the curry beef & potatoes I guarantee it is a lot healthier than the artificial crab meat. As for you don’t fast start drinking all water instead & your body will thank you & yes you will lose weight.

How much sodium is in the artificial crab meat?

I did not check and I threw out the original package and put it in a new plastic bag so I can’t check sodium now.
