Bro let me tell you about me and my friend. I weight 114 I've been tryin to put weight on or muscles for lile 8 years already and its so hard cause you see no results but the one time i did see results wws when i got a personal trainer. He told me everything i needed and he helped me out wit the excersises and everything. I gained like 4-5 pounds during that process which is a lot for me then i had to stop cause of work. Im gonna give you all the things you have to do for you to gain weight and be muscular:
-Check how many calories you are eating a day. For example. If you eat lkke 2500 a day you need at least 3500 calories which is what happened to me. And have protein every day the ones that have lots of calories.
- excersise at keast 3 times a week wit heavy weight.
- try not to drink and of course sleep good! Always!!
- and also eat and eat lots its 80% food and 20% work out that makes you gain weight. Thats what the personal trainer told me and it worked for me. I lost it all but i could regain that again and you need to have lots of patience cuz its a long process before you start seeing results.
Orr my friends advice which is more simple. Take creatine. If you take creatine and you work out. Within 2 months you'll see results and you're gonna have lots of muscles only problem os that they will be made out of water. So the moment you stop you'll loose lots of muscle in no time.

if you're trying to gain muscle you don't need to do anything to your metabolism. you need to eat big and lift big. eat tons of calories (4000+ calories) and lift heavy weights.
The psychiatric medication Seroquel will put weight on you overnight, in large amounts and quickly. There will be drowsiness however.

That's crazy unhealthy and possibly the dumbest thing I have ever heard. If you are naturally skinny you are lucky. I'm huge into body building and if I want to cut way down to 4-6% bodyfat Id have to sacrifice muscle size and do a strictly cutting cycle or run a cycle of steroids. If you want to get fat or gain muscle eat a shit ton. 4-5 huge meals a day and 4-5 healthy protein packed meals a day plus working out and you will gain muscle. Want to gain muscle? Watch strength camp or vintage ginetecs on YouTube. They will show you how to gain muscle the right way.
Slowing down metabolism isn't healthy, it means you aren't eating enough and your cells require more nutrients because they are starving. If you slow it down then your cells will function very poorly, thats why overall healthier people are skinnier.
I gained 10 pounds in a month just by increasing my calories to 3500. I can't believe how weak and fatigued I felt while I was at 135lbs.It my seem counter intuitive but hard sport. It changed me too. I gained about 15kg in the first 2 months.
start slow but make sure you are soon have no problems with about the following warm up:
stretching your muscles
50+ push ups
jogging 2-10km
50+ push ups
after that you start the real work out
it may sound much at the start but you will get used to it soon if you want it enough
