I hit the treadmill every morning. But I don't go by time, I go by how much I feel like doing at the time.
If you have a set time or distance (even like 5km) then you're more likely to not bother on days when you only feel like doing 2km. So I just do what i feel like, but I make sure I do it EVERY SINGLE DAY.

6 days a week 1 hour every time would go longer but have to walk up a hill for 50 minutes to get home.

At least 3 X a week. Up to 6. Anywhere between an hour to 2 hours. It's a great way to release stress.

I do at least 1 hour of cardio every day, then do my body weight workout every second day so usually 3-4x a week.
Almost daily since I'm a personal trainer. When I'm not teaching I go for 30 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on my energy level.
Do you count playing sports a workout? I play vball 4 times a week, 3-6 hours a session.
Other than that I do full body workouts twice a week with weights and some cardioOnly 2-3 times for 1-1.5h. I wish i could do more but despite really enoying gym, i have trouble motivating myself. Anyone got tips for me?

I don't work out as I do heavy lifting at work and I make over 10,000 steps a day. A gym membership is a waste of money in my opinion.
