Feeling lost in a new place: how do I get back to my healthy eating habits?

BlueLights
It seems I got a new type of addiction: dark chocolate pastry and coffee.

I eat dark chocolate sometimes-organic one, no sugar mostly- as I am highly conscious of my eating. I eat fruits and vegetables, make my organic and gluten free stuff, never eat sugar or processed juices and meats.

I have recently moved to a new country, and I am feeling lost. I don't feel adjusted to life here yet, and I haven't really felt like cooking and doing things in the place am staying at. I find myself wandering then entering a coffeeshop- which is a place that gives me the feeling of warmth and comfort. I am sure my new addiction is not healthy, and I am afraid it will affect my health.

Usually I am a person who can exercise a lot of control on what I am eating, easily curbing my temptations. Now, it looks to me like a psychological issue.
