Is it possible to learn how to dance by YouTube tutorials?

I want to learn how to dance, so ye, is it possible? I want to learn how to dance hip hop, just basic newbie hip hop.
But I don't know if it's good enough to watch youtube videoes, but I have too low self esteem to attend in a dance class.
But if anyone here is self learned, please send me a link or something to some easy youtube videos? I find it hard to keep up with the one's i've recently watches, even tho they are for noobs like me.
