What's a fun dance choreography to learn?

Hey, so I am in the mood of learning some kind of dance choreography. I last did Bye Bye bye mainly because of the deadpool movie😅, although it was more a relearn as I already did it years ago.
The music genre is open for the most part. I dont mind doing things that I had already done.
Also I have a pole so that's an option, but generally there are not many set choreographies for that.

So fellow dancers, is there something you recommend or something that is just fun because its different?

I’m of Caribbean descent so I’m used to dancing to reggae/ reggaeton.


However, I’ve been trying to learn African dances and mix them into any aspect of dancing at parties or events. The fluidity and sophistication of the movements is just awe inspiring

Yeah, that will happen. Can hurt but keep standing up otherwise it won't get better.
Slips are the biggest problems or wrong balance. Also always check which mode the pole is on, before you swing, you don't want to burn yourself.

I always cushion the ground before I train controlled drops. I am never sure if I want to start high, to have more area where I can catch myself or start low to not fall too much if it gets wrong. 🙈 Not sure what the right thing to do is.
