I think I may be coming down with the flu?

Any ways on how to get rid of it overnight? I need to go back to school tomorrow because I was absent today and I just found out the reason why I felt so dizzy and weak today...
Any remedies?

In the past few years I've never had a cold that has lasted more then a couple of days. I have no idea if that has anything to do with this remedy or not though.

I basically just eat A TON of Vitamin C. The more the better. I'll eat 3 or 4 tangerines at once, and I instantly feel a whole lot better. I don't even take any medicine. I just eat tons of oranges and tangerines. More effective then any medicine I've ever taken.

I suggest doing that. But if you are coming down with the flu I would also advise you rest. That remedy is for colds. I've never had a flu but I can't imagine it would be that effective against a flu.

try a med lemon sachet, mix with 2 disprins, 5ml Jamaica ginger ( not sure if you have it where you are from) mix a tot of ginger brandy, heat it up and top up with ginger ale. crawl in and sweat it all out. works great.

I think you might have a cold... what other symptoms.
With the flu you just need lots of rest.
with cold vitamin C, green tea with honey, lots of water... and soup for both cold and flu.

I have a cold too... so I hope you feel better.

If its the real flu, forget it. Its a minimum of one week. If its a cold, hydrate as much as you can.
