So my dad has had a cough recently but it’s getting worse as the days go by and I had diarrhea 4 times in one hour today and then low energy, like I was carrying a bag of garbage weighing less than 3 pounds and I was tired, usually I can carry a pack of 42 water bottles up or down the stairs without help cause my arms are muscular.

It could be. I had it back in September and just felt more tired than normal.

It could be a flu bug that you and your dad got, I get diarrhea for odd reasons but they claim it's better to come out cause your body is fighting a germ, doctors recommend not to take anything to stop diarrhea but keep hydrated with water, warm tea if your hungry eat light such as saltine crackers, Gatorade to replenish

Could be a flu or covid. Either way, you need to stay hydrated and get tested.
