My body feels like I have a fever but I have not been exposed to cold weather, is it a contagious thing?

Pretty sure that cold weather isn’t necessarily a factor in getting sick. Why not get a thermometer and take your temperature to see if you have a fever? No point in guessing.


Also, probably can’t tell you if you have the flu. Technically the only way to know for certain is to go to the doctor and get a test. But if you have the symptoms you might have it.

To my understanding, it's not actually cold weather that makes you sick. Germs don't survive as well in the cold so your body lets it's immune system down some after a while. When you go back into the warmth where there's more germs, that's when you actually catch something.

Your body can feel hot without a fever though. Best to use a thermometer to check it if you have one.

the whole world knows that cold temperatures don't cause any illness its always bacteria or viruses. Being cold only increases the chance to catch said virus/bacteria
