Do I have a cold or the flu or something else?

So for the past month, I’ve been feeling very strange and out of my element. My throat will occasionally hurt and I’ll all of a sudden feel really hot even when the air is on. I’ve been sneezing quite a lot but no runny or stuffy nose (although occasionally I’ll feel some clicks in my nose but it doesn’t feel like I’m congested) I get headaches every other day in my head and sometimes my eyes hurt but not ever a fever. I also have a lot of head pressure going on and some confusion (not really extreme but I just feel out of it for no reason) and I’ve been unecessarily irritated with people and been having some body aches as well. A few weeks ago I thought I was coming down with something so I took some DayQuil/NyQuil to even out my symptoms and to help me with what’s to come. I then felt better but all of my symptoms will then come back just a couple days later. It comes and goes. What could this be? It’s not Covid, all tests come back negative.

Sounds like side effects from the COVID shot, or being around those that had the shot (shedding). It could also be a virus incubating in your body.

Do you maybe have mold in your house? Might be worth investigating environmental factors.

I say go see a doctor and get blood work done.
