I think you should do your thing to be healthier not to be super skinny or what so ever.
I think you should gain some pounds back and just maintain your lifestyle.
Eat normal, live normal and stuff without getting super skinny.
I also think that working on booty muscle would help too after you gain some pounds back.
During the process of getting your pounds back keep on exercising is important to keep your routine to maintain your weight not to loose it.

What did you do to loose weight, I WOULD BE sooo thankful for boob loss lol I could stand to loose 3 or 4 sizes but... dont gain it back just focus on toning and building your muscle back up in those areas and you will look far better then gaining the weight back... and if your that desperate during the mean time buy a water bra or a booty lifter

Yep totally normal. There's no such thing as spot weight loss, so when you lose weight it's going to be over your entire body. Congrats on the weightloss btw! It's really totally up to you, if you preferred the way you looked with bigger boobs and a bigger butt, then yes gain the weight back, but I'm sure you look fantastic either way.
It all depends what happened with the 20 pounds and how you exercised. If you only lost fat, but retained your muscle mass, its good, but I cannot judge without a pic. And its normal your boobs become smaller when you loose fat. That is the dilemma for the very muscular toned girls: defined muscle gives small boobs. If your ass got smaller, but it feels hard and shaped, its clearly muscle. Otherwise, you may have lost fat and muscle and your diet and exercise was not optimal.
