No. You can do it and lose weight I know it’s hard I was at 220 at my highest weight and I’m 5’6” hated the way I looked. But one day I was like you know what I need to change. So I cut out all sugary drinks, I do have one diet soda a day, and just drink water. I would never walk or any kind of exercise. So I started walking 15 minutes day after work (my job is semi active I work in retail as a store manager so I walk a bit). And I added a minute every week im up to a hour a day, and I’m down to 145. I have a stocky build body frame but honestly I have so much more confidence in myself, start with small changes instead of going for carbs go for some fruit or carrots, instead of a candy bar have some grapes or strawberries. cut out fast food (it’s hard I love carbs and salt) but if you go out go to subway and get a sub instead of a Big Mac. You can do it just make small changes every day and in no time you’ll be in your way. Don’t ever give up on yourself! Unless if your happy the way you are, doesn’t sound like it tho.
