Is this a good way to lose weight?

Im 210 pounds. Height 6 feet and i wanna drop to 180-175
here's my diet.

I eat 800 calories a day

Morning two boiled eggs- 6 am
Lunch a can tuna and steamed carrots or broccoli or spinach-10:30am
Snack-two bags of baby carrots and a 1 cucumber-2pm
7pm 1 slice of canlope. And baked chicken cutless and steam vegetables.
For drinks green tea or water.

Exercises 5 days a week
40 mins of walking. Or more
8-mins to 10 of jogging
6 to 10 mins jump rope
5 sets of 10 lifting 20 pound dumb bells
(Aka i lift both dumb bells til i reach the number 50)
Also on Monday and wesnday i do 30 set ups on top of everything else

Rest days Friday Saturday

I dont do much gym time becuase i have two jobs and i work on my hobby which i want to be my career and i got to school. And i need to be in bed by 8 sleep by nine the latest unless something happens
Is this a good way to lose weight?
