So every calorie calculator I’ve imputed my info in tells me something different. I’m just asking here to see if anyone else has an opinion…
I’m a 5’4” female, 142lb, workout 3-5 times a week (300-500cal burned at each workout.) plus where I work im always on my feet, and I eat about 1500-1650 calories a day.
do you think I’m eating too little or to much to be able to lose at least 1lb a week?
