Will this help me lose weight?

if I ate less and cut all junk food out of my diet, and did the 100workout everyday. would I lose weight?

if you don't know the 100workout;

100 jumping jacks, 90 crunches, 80 squats, 70 leg lifts, 60 jumping jacks, 50 crunches, 40 squats, 30 leglifts, 20 jumping jacks, 10 minute run.
Will this help me lose weight?
