100 jumping jacks, 90 crunches, 80 squats, 70 leg lifts, 60 jumping jacks, 50 crunches, 40 squats, 30 leglifts, 20 jumping jacks, 10 minute run.
Cardio, cardio, cardio! Run 5-6 out of 7 days a week. I would say to start out at a two mile walk+run, where you run for 8 minutes, walk for 2, run 8, walk 2, etc. Increase by 1/2 mile every week.
On days you can't get out, I would recommend either Denise Austin Cardio Bootcamp or Jillian Michael's Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism. Both are great. Similar to the 100 workout with calisthenics and all that good stuff.
Plus strength training 2 or 3 times a week. And just healthier foods. You don't have to eat less, just make better choices. You should lose the weight in no time and feel great!

Cutting portion sizes, eating healthy foods like fruits, veggies, lean meats, and whole grains combined with exercise is the key to losing weight.
The 100 workout is fantastic, especially to start out with, and to supplement a workout routine you already have.
Try the workout, and within a few weeks start adding more intensity. Run more and longer. Also, if you have weights available, do some weight lifting and resistance training. Pushups, wall sits, planks.

yea it will help but you need to google the ABC diet it's hard but it works, you'll want to change your exercise plan like every few weeks cause your muscles will form memory and your workout won't be as effective and you'll have to do it more and more. Of corse cutting junk food out of your diet will help it's called junk for a reason, it's OK to have a little junk food hear and their but it's best to have control and proportion everything you eat. usually if you cup your hand that's your portion size for your body. drink plenty of water and that's another way you'll lose weight.
Most likely, assuming you don't cut out so many calories that your body goes into starvation mode. Weight loss is a surprisingly simple concept. To lose weight: calories in < calories out. You could lose weight by eating twinkies so long as you burned more calories than you ate.
