Do you think it will work?
Will this help me lose weight?
Do you think it will work?
No, because you're starving yourself and you can't keep tht you ore than a couple of weeks. Set more modest weight loss goals tht you can stick to. Plus you won't be able to work out on so few calories, you'll soon feel too weak.
It took you a long time to get that extra wieght, it will take a while to lose it too.
Actually I've lost 7kgs and keep it off for almost 2months and I'm healthy as ever.
3-4 kg a month is realistic. Keep to whatever you're doing now, you must be eating more than you're saying here!
Not really the more I excersise the less hungry I feel, but thankyou :)
It's possible but not realistic. Make sure to never skip breakfast and get in some complex carbs such as oats in every morning. That will curb your appetite and lessen your desire for huge meals.
Huge meals undo everything you worked for. Eat more meals with smaller portions.

to lose that much weight, andnot have it be mostly water, you'll have to seriously work out. Walking will sure help but don't expect it to be that fast. It took you years to put it on, didn't it?
Skip breakfast.
Eating two meals later on in the day with no snacks in between.
Eat the most organic that you can, with lots of protein, fruits, and vegetables.
Drink water often.
Do this and you will lose a lot of weight very easily.
sighs. 4 kg in a month is possible... but just walking won't do it. run and do more. the more you exercise the better off you will be. and 10 crunches won't really do anything either...
Thts y it isn't just crunches
yes. but in combination they won't do much either. I do more as a warmup for a workout =P...
Work-out more. Activity has more of an effect on weight loss than diet.
Less carbs, more protein.
