If you can keep it up, more power to you. Common sense says it's impractical for most people. The key to successful weight-loss is sustainability. Being healthy is a lifestyle. Something like a sauna bag seems to make working out (in my opinion) a bit of a nuisance.
Clean up your diet and work out regularly. These are the two proven ways to lose weight. The sauna suit effect is almost negligible as yes, it's mostly water weight. Heart rate matters more than sweat, since sweat doesn't necessarily mean your heart rate is elevated.

Cardio.
Those suits don't do shit.
Losing weight is VERY simple.
Don't fall for those commercial traps designed to sell you junk.
Those sauna suits are complete bullshit. It's good to sweat like that every once in a while in an actual sauna though, because your body rids itself of toxins when you sweat. Wearing a sauna suit won't do anything but dehydrate you. It might look like you're losing weight on the scale, but water weight will almost always come back. It's just water, you want to be losing fat instead.
