I went from weighing 150 to 125 by walking daily , or trying not to sit or lay so much of my day just simply being up on your feet. Eating smaller meals more often to speed up metabolism. Cut out all fast food and soda. Just cook a lot of somthing healthy and put it in Tupperware. My snacks consist of pineapple papaya or other foods that boost your metabolism. I also hit the gym 4 times a week but that’s to build muscle since I’m already at weight I like. Cut out bad foods little by little soon your body won’t even crave it , don’t try any crazy restrictive diets , or starve yourself that only slows down ur metabolism and causes you to gain weight the minute u stop the diet. Just google foods that make you poop and try eating those foods daily. Hope this helps20
I stopped drinking beer and did intermittent fasting.
No starches, no sugars, no cheat days, half a gallon of water a day at least.
I drop weight quick.

Lifting light weight and doing more sets and reps , get your body to burn and sweat, you don’t have to overdue it and kill yourself , look at it for the long haul not the short haul , when you push yourself too much it’s easy to just give up completely , so try to give yourself at least 35 to 45 minutes a day of working out , set up a routine depending on how many days you can work out without interruptions. I usually work out 5 days a week , the second I get home from work I work out , cut back on sugar intake as much as you can try to stay under 25 grams a day and watch what you eat for the most part try to eat slower by eating slower will help you feel full without eating your whole meal fast , and give yourself a cheat day , just try not to overdue it on a cheat day but if you do so be it , I like To drink beer so my cheat day is pretty much my beer day lol a d don’t weigh yourself everyday only weigh yourself maybe once every 2 weeks , do not stop yourself from enjoying certain foods you like , but try to cut back on certain ones like white bread and white flower , starches and try to

With working full time and then being a mom at home, I’m surprised you were even able to gain weight. It seems like you would be burning it off each day.
My go-to method is to stop eating unhealthy snacks like chips and cookies and eat healthier ones instead.2
Maybe go on a walk with the kids daily if that's an option, drink more water, cut out sodas or sugary drinks is is quick fix (and alcohol)10

Girl!!! I have a lot of tricks and tips!!! I've struggled as well and even though at my heaviest I was close to 140. I have now maintained my high school weight. Even though you are a mom you can still lose weight!
What has helped me is drinking 2 Liters of water daily!! Never go a day without drinking that much water. It helps you poop, makes you feel full and less eating. Eat a good breakfast otherwise you will snack on unhealthy choices. Eat something filling like oatmeal. If you don't like oatmeal go for something YOU like but on the healthy side. Healthy food does not have to be boring. Make them fun. Do not be afraid of eating your fave foods. I eat ice cream and pizza when I truly crave it. Don't feel guilty. Also try to eat from smaller plates that way it tricks the mind. I exercise daily but I don't kill myself at the gym I work out like 5 mins a day and on my days of I do a little more like 10-15 mins. DO STUFF YOU LIKE not what society thinks you should do. You are a mom you don't have much time but try to make better food choices and WATER is a musttttt!!! That's really good advice. I am really bad at drinking enough water.
It's literally the best thing you can do every day. But start out small. As long as you are doing something daily. Don't feel guilty if you overeat just go lighter the next day and don't give up. Small things will add up.
