That's really good advice. I am really bad at drinking enough water.
It's literally the best thing you can do every day. But start out small. As long as you are doing something daily. Don't feel guilty if you overeat just go lighter the next day and don't give up. Small things will add up.
Thank you ! :)
I had no idea that played a part in it
It is odd. If you go to bed earlier you're less likely to snack before you go to sleep. You'll wake up earlier making it more likely you'll exercise before you start your day or figure out how to integrate exercise into your routine (i. e. biking to work) - indeed if you have trouble getting to sleep it is likely because you don't get enough exercise during the day. And it clears your mind - people are far more likely to pick a sugary treat over a healthy one if they have a lot on their mind.

well I have a desk job so I am not as physically active as I once was
Ok I see. That does make a big difference. Many people can lose weight by working, but with a desk job, it’s the complete opposite.
That is me and a very current photo of me. Right now I currently weigh about 205 lbs and am the heaviest I have ever been.
No way 205 never looked so good
That’s not the point
@Subarugirl I get it at the end if the day you have to feel comfortable in the skin you in cause your use to you being a certain weight. I just was trying to let you know that it isn't all bad understand
That is a terrible idea and extremely unhealthy
What? No, I lost weight when I started drinking it
It’s unhealthy and basically starving your body
I don’t remember feeling that way
everyone looks better laying down, doesn't change the fact Im still over 200 lbs and I don't like it
I understand. I work out daily and am not happy with my body
I’d lose weight for sure but I’d rather not lol
Actually keto is really bad for you and poses a lot of health risks
My dr recomended it
It was just a study that I saw the other day.
Ok, it is what you are comfortable with
