You?
How fit are you? Or how much do you work out?
You?
Couple months ago started working out again. I've been excessively inactive for a year. I lost 19 pounds, 140 to 121, pretty much all muscle. Long and embarrassing story. So, I've been lifting weights for 5-6 weeks or so, managed to put on 8 pounds so far. So, I get like 2 hours of intense exercise a week. As I get more in shape, I might bump it up to 3-4.
I'm really getting into the nutrition and recovery aspect. Blast the fuck out of your muscles and just rip them to pieces, then try to rebuild them. It's kinda fun. I'm planning on keeping it going until I'm 150-160 pounds, but I've never stuck to a consistent schedule with working out, before. I feel good about it this time, though.
As for cardio, ... ugh. At some point, I might get into some High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) at some point to boost muscle growth and get some heart health in there. Good thing about it is that you don't have to just keep running for 2 hours. You can just get your cardio in in 8-15 minutes. Walk/jog 1 minute, sprint 1 minute, walk/jog 1 minute, sprint 1 minute. But. Sprinting really sucks.
The year before, I was in ridiculous shape, though. Mostly because I worked in a warehouse doing hard-as-fuck work.
I' like to think I'm very fit, Im physical all day and I workout at gym, ride bicycle, and motocross. But reality is, it is all relative.
not at all!!!
especially now, I have to stay in bed for 3 months. everything looks flappy yuck! my mom said i gained back some weight since the surgery.
I was more active when working, lots of walking and stairs throughoout the day. Kept me in steady weight and very healthy all the years.
Dang are you alright? You've been on bed rest for 3 months?
@akadatank44
broke my foot badly jumping off 6-8 feet railing...
i'll be okay, still some pain and can put weight. Have to keep foot elevated.
thank you for asking
38 years old and your jumping of railings? Lol
You are welcome! Are long are you laid up for?
@akadatank44
hahah... yeah... hints the broken foot...
was hiking, i guess missed judge.
going back to work after Thanksgiving.
temporary, i'll be alright. will be back to normal soon. can't from feeling young at heart lol
Hey hiking keeps you young and active so thats great. Just stop jumping off crazy things man! haha
I bet your almost glad to go back to work haha.
I do like 30 min of weights in the morning then 90 min of tennis practice after school which usually means running for like 20 min plus training the rest of the time. I run for an hour on Saturday and Sunday too.
Even just reading that exhausts me.
@GoldMeddle No pain no gain bro
Asker, you should try tennis or swimming. in my opinion they're the best sports out there. I choose tennis but swimming is also a great sport plus it does wonders to ur body.
@yellowgirl00d the tennis sounds fun, I like tennis. The other stuff sounds nightmarish

I'm in a bit of a slump (very difficult week at work/in my personal life) but typically I am fairly fit.
I mean, right now I'm for sure 18% body fat (a little high for me usually) and still toned. I try to get to the gym for 2 hours a day 3-5 times a week.
Have to be fit for my job.
Very little and not fit :P I mean, we're close to both the shops and university here so I've not really got far to walk. I know that I do at least 9 miles a week of walking to and from the city but I don't think that that's all that much :/ Our uni has started some free sports activities this year though so hopefully it'll be the 9 miles, two sessions of swimming and a session of boxercise a week soon :P
I workout once in two days.
I run 5km, do 100 squats, 100 push ups with no bars, do 5 military push ups (with bar), 10 push ups with bars, 100 seconds of plank, 100 seconds other abs exercise that i dont know the name xD and that is it.
And i also ride 20 km on bike once a week, i know is not much but i dont care xD
I workout out everyday (or try to cause I do get caught up with other things). I love exercising; I do a variety of things like: yoga/power yoga, tae-bo, Latin dancing, squats, cardio, bike rides, stretches, walks/jogs etc. I admit I cheat when it comes to food though so I'm still working on that lol
I want to go dancing with ya π π hahah
@akadatank44 we'd make a fantabulous pair ;) :)
Yes we would ππ
I know quite a bit about fitness, but it all goes to waste because I never exercise or work out. I'm naturally too thin.
I can go on long hikes and whatnot, but other then that I'm not in great shape. Clean bill of health though.
None and I'm relatively fit. I'm definitely not high school fit, but I'm still about as fast as your average high school track sprinter (I only knowmcausemi beat 1 of the kids in a race when I was coaching 😂)
Not fit.
I used to make sure to walk 6 miles as a daily "exercise", but school started so I'm just blah.
I'm very fit, I exercise every day, I go to the gym three times per week, and I practice martial arts.
I'm pretty fit. I work out every morning before work 5 times a week.
I workout 4 to 6x a week. Mix of gym, crossfit and running
I'm pretty fit. I've been working out hardcore for close to 15 years now.
Luv the beard bro, so authentic looking!
@TonyRyanAgain, thanks, mayne. I became an even bigger chick magnet after I grew my beard :)
I lift weights three times a week and I run everyday. I'm not as fit as I used to be though.
I get at least 3 hours of exercise a week outside of walking.
Slightly above average.
I love lifting weights because it makes me feel like super-girl. I am never without a protein source ahah.
Not very. Schedule change bigtime last year, haven't really worked exercise back into it yet. Still strong, but I'm getting pretty fat.
I walk from my bed to my computer chair every day. A couple miles to the grocery store every few weeks when I run out of food. Still not too fat simply because I don't eat much.
My jobs and sex are typically my work outs. I don't go to gyms.
People say im in shape but i do not work out I just walk a lot to get to places on campus and other places
I'm above average fit. But as some woman on here correctly observed: it's sub-par;)
I go to the gym almost everyday. I like to think I'm in shape.
I am forever stuck with a dad bod and I want to be muscley😭😭
I'm not fit. Still fluffy. But I'm working on it. I try to workout 4-5 times a week.
I take C, I at least go to gym 4 times in a week and workout like 2 hours. I also do squats, pushups and cardio exercises in my free days.
i workout everyday for 2 hours
Let's just say when the suns out, the guns are out. I'm an overly manly type of man.
D.) Lol fit? shut up and pass the fries bro, :)
Rarely exercise, but I'm still fit
