Is losing a kilogram (2.2 pounds) of weight in 3 days dangerous or not?

I have changed diet also i do cardio and strength training ( muscle building), because im overweight 90kg so i want to lose 15 kg in 45 days , so is it safe? Or can you tell me to loss the weight even faster?
