It has a bit more carbohydrates than I need but it also has ~15g of surplus proteins despite being a vegetarian diet so, I'm happy with it. It doesn't have any kind of junk or fried food and my artificial sugar intake is only three teaspoons so, it's quite healthy.
I could cut a lot of carbs and use one meal of meat but it's more expensive and I'd have to go farther so, it'd be a hassle. I'll do this change after a bit of time when my muscles will get more developed and require more proteins.

I try to avoid fast food but I lift weights and swim everyday so I can afford to eat horribly more often than not as well as having a fast metabolism. But I like eating my veggies and meats and tons of carbs.
It could be a LOT better these days. I don't eat fast food, don't drink soda, I avoid fried food, excess junk etc but I could be eating more veggies and fruit and nuts etc. I'm broke and transitioning to being vegetarian so my options aren't great at the moment.
But once I start making money I plan to greatly improve my diet. When I worked my last job I ate pretty healthy, lots and lots of vegetables. Mostly plant based stuff

Slightly high on carbs and sugars (thanks to my sweet tooth) I'm trying to cut down on it though.
Otherwise it includes lots of raw+cooked veggies, adequate protein (vegetarian diet , have to be careful on this).

Pretty healthy. I have ulcerative colitis so I've basically been forced to eat better.
I am currently on a dairy free, gluten free diet and am avoiding processed sugar, fried foods, and gmos. Been going pretty good so far 👌🏼I used to eat healthy, then I got a physical job where I'm working overtime, now it's just I eat everything I can, and I seem to be maintaining weight, granted my appetite didn't change to compensate either so the struggle is real

Eh... I sometimes eat healthy... I sometimes don't eat healthy... and sometimes I don't eat breakfast and lunch... so yeah.

Some days it's vegan some days I'm a carnivore.It is fairly healthy. I eat a lot of veggies and fruits. Of course many people say my love of pasta isn't really great for me.
