Eat much less simple carbs, high protien and fat. Calories of 200 below your daily maintenance and do cardio, work up to 4-5 days a week
Expect to lose between 1-2 poounds a week max (this is only if you are on point with everything!)
Calories in vs calories out
Reduce caloric intake and do some cardio
Don't eat less food cause that can be unhealthy - don't snack in between meals and do a little more exercise per week.

I usually run 3 miles, well "run". It's more or less jogging at a fats pace but still not really running per say
What other cardio is there?
Bicycling. I would do no more then 1 hour at a time and up to 5 days a week. Be sure to eat a lot of carbs for energy, protein to repair your muscles, (so you can keep going) and get plenty of sleep. This aids the healing process as well. Oh yea and stay away from sugar and fatty foods for a while. Or ever if you have the will power haha.
Yeah, my biggest thing is snacks. I'm perfectly fine with eating healthy and personally love vegetables ( I'm a vegetarian). But those fatty snacks always get me.
