How long will it take to see results for this simple 30 day work out (picture included)?

I do this work out at least once a day, but I try to do it after each meal, so three times a day. I'm not fat, only a size 2, but my abdomen is bloated and I have "muffin tops". My diet is adequate. I eat clean Monday through Saturday and then Sunday is my cheat day.
How long will it take to see results for this simple 30 day work out (picture included)?
