Am I the only one who wakes up screaming, terrified, and scared in middle of night?

It has been happening to me in the recent days, i wake up screaming and scared without a reason or a dream i can recall. Today i remember i was asleep and i woke up screaming, my brother said he tried to calm me but i backed away from him and screamed again (i dont recall this). Then i remember he asked me what is going on, i told him nothing and got back to sleep.

I dont think i'm stressed, and i dont remember anything traumatic happening to me recently.

I know this sounds incredibly far fetched, but bear with me. It could be a psychic attack. Some people believe there are psychic vampires, people that knowingly or unknowingly drain your energy. Waking in the middle of a psychic attack is much like waking in the middle of a night terror.

You wouldn't see them, it's more mental, like telepathy. Have you ever spent time with someone and afterward you feel exhausted or drained? It's like being around them just drained you of energy? It's like that, only the person doesn't have to be near you. I used to have a similar issue myself, without the screaming part, but that was only because I couldn't move or speak. No matter how hard I tried. I accidently found a book at a thrift store and it was all about things like this. Mainly, when you wake up during one of these episodes, as soon as you can, simply say leave me alone. I know it sounds stupid and it's probably a psychosomatic issue/solution, but I haven't had nearly as many issues since I read that book. It went from several times a month to maybe once a year.
