I have. In fact recently I woke up having a nightmare with a doctor telling me I had stage 4 blood cancer. I woke up yelling while sitting up thinking it was legit

Yes! A few years ago, I watched Jurassic World. I don't know if it's because I was dreaming that I got attacked by velociraptors or because Jurassic World is a terrible movie, but a few nights later, I woke up screaming in the middle of the night.

Well stage 4 is terminal. And it’s a rough estimate. I’ve heard of people being told by their doctor they have 2 months left and they go in 2 weeks. And have also seen people survive longer than what their doctor told them.

Regardless I’ve lost loved ones on their death bed due to cancer. It’s honestly not even worth it. The person dying is suffering, their loved ones are watching them suffer till they die. And not to mention the medical bill would be ridiculously expensive. So it’s more of a burden on the person’s family in every way.

Rather just tell them I love them and say goodbye then use my last bit of energy to bring the gun to my head

I used to... I have/had war trauma, i have seen too much and i have scars too. 2 years of therapy and a loving partner made it go away for good. Good that yours was just a dream, i eould probably react the same way

Yeah it’s not good. It sucks cause typically you have dreams or nightmares during the REM stage. So if you wake up while that’s happening you end up feeling like shit the rest of the day
