well i wake up from my dreams most nights in fight or flight mode, so it takes like an hour to calm back down. its not the actual DREAM tho bc i get high before sleeping and dont remember them. idkk if that counts lol

i'll sometimes have a very triggering dream that fucks with the rest of my day, but they're rare. sometimes sneaky too bc i won't know it has until later

Yes, me & my ex were having sex and then he killed me in an extremely gruesome way, and then continued having sex with me while I had to watch the whole thing in 3rd person.

I once had a dream a mountain lion was chasing me, It woke me up sweating with a fast heartbeat but I was able to fall back to sleep prety fast.
