How many drinks are moderate drinking?

I'm a functioning alcoholic and would like to know how many drinks in a day is moderate drinking? How much is too much? without killing liver.

i'd say 3 drinks max spread out over 2 hours. Certainly don't do back to back days. Crazy right? I mean, if you're an advanced drinker you're doing a beer and two shots back to back in a few mins. The hard liquor is what gets you.

Five in one nighg is considered to be binge drinking. Any more than two a day for a small or average person and three for a large person is unhealthy.

2 drinks is a max if you drink every day. 3-5 on weekends. Drinking every dat isn't something I recommend.

a glass of wine a day is supposed to be good for you... past that I don't know sorry. have you tried goggling it?

Yeah but theirs a lot of different stories on Google. On GAG it'll be somewhat consistent at least.

I'd look for medical journals... they should be pretty consistant
