How much beer is moderate?

It varies from person to person. It's dependent on size and body chemistry, as well as on the type, strength, and concentration of alcohol in the drink itself. Still though, I'd say maybe two or three drinks one given night.

According to the heart and stroke foundation moderate alcohol intake is no more then 2- 5% alcohol beers per day, 8 Oz. Of regular wine per day or 3 oz. Of 40% liquor per day.

It depends on what you mean by moderate. If it means moderately drunk it could be 5 or 6 if it is moderately buzzed maybe 2 or 3.
